At AutoTechnica we can carry out routine servicing on your vehicle using genuine parts to the highest standards. Our servicing will not affect your manufacturer’s warranty.
We carry out servicing following the manufacturer’s guidelines, reset the service indicator, stamp your service book and register the service on-line for the latest cars which do not have a service book. At the end we will give you an itemised invoice showing exactly what has been done and the parts used.
Performance Air Filters
A performance panel air filter is a direct replacement filter which flows more air than a standard filter and never needs to be replaced, simply cleaned out at service. We can offer a performance panel filter as an alternative to a standard filter for almost all vehicles.
Brake Fluid Change
Due after three years then every two, we can change your brake fluid at a competitive price. If you are looking to use your car on track then we can also offer high performance brake fluid.
DSG Gearbox Oil Changes
Due every 40,000 miles we can change your gearbox oil and filter using genuine parts to ensure the longevity of your gearbox.
Haldex Coupling Oil Changes
Certain variants of the four wheel drive systems on VW, SEAT and Skoda vehicles use the haldex coupling rear differential to determine the amount of power supplied to the rear wheels. This system requires regular oil changes (filters as well on some models). We can change your Haldex oil (and filter) using genuine parts.
Cambelt Replacement
We can advise you when your cambelt is due and give you a competitive quote to replace it when needed using a genuine VW, SEAT or Skoda cambelt kit (Cambelt kits include all the parts required when replacing the belt not just a belt). We will advise you if we recommend replacing the water pump at the same time.
Longlife servicing
Where applicable we always use longlife oils, if for any reason we believe you would better not running your vehicle on a longlife service schedule we will advise you and explain why.
